| 1) Do not force external shock with hammering |
|
Moist mould is basically produced in PE and steel structure, and PE products have easy deformation and can be used for 2~3 times, so that steel structure is mainly produced, but one caution is that the characteristic of steel has that it does not come back to its original shape once deformed by the external shock, so that the form of the product has a change and also the change in size and weight.

| 2) Cleaning of the sludge inside mould |
|
|
Sludge must be removed inside the mould after the removal of the product. In case the cleaning is not done well, the removal is not easy so that hammering is needed to remove which causes the serious deformation and thus the reduction of product life. |

| 3) Mould maintenance for slack seasons |
|
| When not in heavy use in monsoon season or winter or not in use, most companies do not remove mould after drying concrete and keep for a prolonged time, and this is wrong and after the removal the removal oil must be sprayed and turned over and kept. In case it is not removed the acid from concrete accelerates the acid corrosion on the surface of mould and this causes the deformation and reduces product life. Also, once a year the external side of mould must be treated with removal of concrete and dirt, and then the corrosion-preventing paint must be applied and kept. |

4)The curing of concrete |
|
| When curing concrete in winter most companies use steam curing, and some companies use heat wave machine and briquette to do it, but the use of heat wave machine and briquette must not be done. The heat wave machine puts a sudden direct heat and then the water in concrete dries up and the strength of concrete drops significantly and causes a flaw. The use of briquette accelerates the acid corrosion of the mould(steel), and the life of mould reduces to one third. In summer when the curing is done outdoor, to prevent the sudden drying of water, the curing can be done with putting the vinyl for house use over, the high temperature is kept inside by the carbon dioxide assimilation, and water does not dry up and can prevent the product from cracks. |
